Disabling flood protect is highly discouraged on internet servers as it may impact performance and lead to unexpected results (i.e. crashes) on some functionality such as sounds.

If you do wish to disable it you can disable it with the sv_floodProtect CVAR (set to 0 to disable).
Kind regards,

Do you mean flood protect as in sounds perhaps? When you're temporarily muted because you're using too many voice chats?

Alter the g_voiceFloodCount CVAR. The default is 6, meaning you can do 6 voice chats per minute.

Set to 0 to fully disable the voice flood protection.

Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
