I just finished the Custom Command arguments. Here's how it works. This will (obviously) be in the next BETA and/or the upcoming release of 0.60, let me know if you like it!
Kind regards,

For example:

!mycommand boe 12

In this example is 'boe' arg1 and '12' arg2.

You can use those args in anything you do.

Such as this option: "uppercut %arg1 %arg2". This will convert to "uppercut boe 12", which will eventually uppercut me with the height of 12.

You can use these arguments anywhere you want in the Action. Check my example post for more information.

Is there any command (other than uppercut) where an extra argument would be useful?  I can't think of any way to implement this feature.

My guess would be creating your own Admin commands for setting specific CVARs that can normally only be set using RCON. Other than that, I wouldn't know.

It was a highly requested feature though, so I'm sure some people will find use in it.

You're using it wrong. As described in the post you can only use it in Action, otherwise the performance sacrifice would be too big.

So use it like this:

punishhhh
{
Command "punish"
ShortCommand "!punish"
Broadcast "punished a player"
Description "punishes a player"
AdminLevel "2"
Action "twist %arg1; burn %arg1; runover %arg1"
}

If you do !punish ID/part of name now, it will twist, burn and runover that selected player.

he wanted to show the playername in the broadcast like !k boe -> 1fx. # Boe!man was kicked by 1fx. # Rap!st

maybe someone with time can make a generator for this tho.

fr

Command "forceteamrespawn"
ShortCommand "!fr"
Broadcast "Forceteam & Respawn"
Description "Forceteam & Respawn"
AdminLevel "4"
Action "forceteam %arg1; respawn %arg1;"
}
pu
{
Command "punish"
ShortCommand "!pu"
Broadcast "Punished a player"
Description "punishes a player"
AdminLevel "4"
Action "twist %arg1; burn %arg1; runover %arg1"
}

when i use both cmd's, nothing happens.

punishhhh

Command "punish"

Broadcast "punished a player"
Description "punishes a player"
AdminLevel "2"
Action "twist %arg1; burn %arg1; runover %arg1"

AdminLevel "4"

}

I used this and got it working by doing /adm punish 0
But !punish 0 doesn't work.

Same goes for /adm fara 0 r works, !far 0 r doesn't.
when i do /adm fara 0   ( note: without 2nd argument ) the server will crash.

Is this on the latest BETA? If not, I suggest you try again using 0.72 final when it's out (if it'll ever be out :ph34r:), the short command in chat with the ! probably doesn't work in 0.70 final.
Kind regards,

BoeMan

Don't worry. ;) It just depends on how much time I put into it the coming weeks and I can find the issues.
